## Sheet processing

Price per sheet, by sheet size.

| Sheet size | Nominal | Price per sheet |
|---|---|---|
| 4 × 8 | 48″ × 96″ | $75 |
| 4 × 10 | 48″ × 120″ | $100 |
| 5 × 8 | 60″ × 96″ | $100 |
| 5 × 9 | 60″ × 108″ | $110 |
| 5 × 10 | 60″ × 120″ | $125 |
| 5 × 12 | 60″ × 144″ | $150 |

- Plywood, MDF, and melamine cut to your files, labeled and stacked in assembly order.
- Sizes outside this list quoted on request.
- We price the job, not the sheet — a normal mix evens out. Jobs weighted toward long or complex programs may carry a surcharge, shown in the written quote before cutting.

## Edge banding

Price per linear foot, by band thickness.

| Banding | Price per linear ft |
|---|---|
| 0.5–1mm | $1 |
| 2mm | $2 |
| 3mm | $3 |
| Contour (curved edges) | $5 |

- Corner rounding and scraping included.
- Contour carries a $60 job minimum.
- Tight inside corners or unusual geometry — send the drawing.

## Drafting

$150 per hour.

- CNC-ready engineering from your drawings, using our library of modern construction methods.
- 2–3 day design turnaround.
- Running our QC and optimizer on your files is included in the cutting price. If they keep failing QC and you ask us to consult, we’ll offer design time at the drafting rate.

## Panel layup

$100 per 4 × 8 sheet, one side.

- Veneer layup with vacuum press application, one-sided.
- Two-sided and oversize quoted.

## One-day rush

| Order at menu price | Total with rush |
|---|---|
| $1,000 | $1,500 |
| $2,300 | $3,450 |

- Next-business-day parts.
- Requires an order of $1,000 or more at menu price; adds 50% of that menu-price total.
- Files must be cut-ready at drop-off.
- Rush slots depend on machine availability.

## Customer-supplied material

We also sell sheet goods and can price them with the cutting.
If you bring your own material, how it comes off your vehicle sets the fee.

| How it is unloaded | Price |
|---|---|
| Delivered on a pallet (forklift) | No fee |
| Unloaded onto our cart | No fee |
| Hand-unloaded by us | $10 per sheet |
| Minimum for a hand-unloaded delivery | $50 |

Hand-loading parts back out is also $10 per sheet.

- Hand-unloading is booked in advance.
- We measure your sheets when they arrive and send you the actual thickness. If you want the job re-optimized to it, that’s included. We don’t cut until we hear from you.
- Parts are ready for pickup on pallets that stay on our property.

## Remakes

- Work that doesn't match your released cut sheets is remade at our cost — labor and material — when reported within 5 business days of pickup and before parts are assembled, finished, or installed.
- Remedy is recutting or re-banding the affected parts at our shop; costs beyond the parts are not covered, and our total liability is the amount we invoiced for the affected work — our price, not the value of your sale to your customer.
- Work that matches the release but needs changing bills at card rates.
- Customer-supplied material is cut as received: we check count and size at intake and report anything that looks or feels off, but material behavior — moisture, warp, voids — remains your risk, and recuts from material defects bill at card rates.
- Where fault is genuinely unclear, we cover the labor and you cover the material.

## Turnaround

- Seven-day standard turnaround.
- Volume and recurring runs are quoted individually.
